How to Exercise Your Rights
Fill out our Data Subject Request Form available here and send it to dpo@handwave.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request, but will respond within one month (EU/EEA) or 45 days (U.S.). Your authorized agent may submit this request on your behalf.
Children’s Privacy
Handwave Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Effective Date” and, where required, you will be notified and asked to consent.
